We are so excited to have you back for another year of learning, growth, and improvement!

Our much-appreciated "faculty and staff" is gearing up to welcome you back to Vision 2022, the League’s Annual Meeting and Convention. 

Just a reminder that our event will be following a different pattern this year.  Vision 2022 is scheduled for August 8-10 at the Omni Hotel in downtown Louisville, which is a Monday through Wednesday.  This is a big shift from our Wednesday through Friday schedule.  We have moved our Awards Banquet to Monday evening to accommodate those who may have to leave early.  The social event will be on Tuesday with our Governmental Affairs Breakfast and Annual Meeting convening on Wednesday. 

Your Emerging Leaders will also be graduating on that Wednesday.  They are working hard on the program and their community project and we hope you will be able to attend their presentations. 

One more important note, the hotel registration block ends on July 10^th.

The tournament consists of 4-person teams.  Special prizes include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Longest Drive Men/Women, Longest Putt, Closest to the Pin, Straightest Drive.

Includes: Cart, greens fees, and lunch.

Golf registration is available within the event registration.

The Exhibit Hall showcases a variety of credit-union-specific products and services. Take advantage of this opportunity to investigate new products and meet with current suppliers.

Ready to attend VISION 2022? We will be using an online platform called Whova for our event. You can Download the Whova Mobile App or Access It From the Web Platform on Desktop:

• View our event agenda and plan your personal schedule
• Access handouts directly within sessions and utilize the session Q&A to ask questions 
• Set up in-person/virtual meet-ups with other attendees to connect and network
• Create and converse through various Discussion Topics in the Community Board
• Receive updates such as last-minute session changes from the organizers
• Get presentation documents and slides
• View the exhibit hall

After downloading, use your email address when signing up in the app and choose a strong password, or sign up using a social media account. Once you're signed up, you should be taken directly to your event!

GENERAL INFORMATION

Badges Must Be Worn

Badges are specially marked to determine admission to conference activities.

Ticketed Events

Additional registrations are required for the Monday Golf Tournament, Monday evening Awards Banquet, Tuesday evening dinner and entertainment, and Governmental Affairs Breakfast.

Attire

Attire for the conference is business casual. Be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket, as personal comfort levels may vary.

For the Awards Banquet, cocktail or business professional attire is preferred but not required.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued until 14 days prior to the conference less a $100 administration fee per person. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of event.  Substitutions accepted anytime. All cancellations/substitutions must be submitted in writing.

Code of Professional Conduct

The registrant agrees to conduct his/herself in a cordial manner. KCUL will not tolerate any registrant who creates a disturbance; is disrespectful to any other registrant, any member of KCUL, its speakers and attendees, exhibitors, volunteers or staff. KCUL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to investigate any complaint and to dismiss any registrant found by KCUL, in its sole discretion, to have violated the Code of Professional Conduct, without refund of registration fees. 

Who Should Attend?

Attendance is limited to League-affiliated and associated credit unions. This conference is a special occasion for CEOs, Directors, Staff, and Supervisory Committee members to come together for valuable education and networking opportunities. For the Business Meeting, affiliated credit unions are entitled to one delegate and one alternate.
